This
section is dedicated to the costumes that I am currently working on. These costumes
will be moved to the Past section once it has debuted.
Costume: Kanetsugu Naoe from Samurai Warriors 2
Completion: 60%
Comment: My favorite character is Mitsunai Ishida, but so many
people have already done him! I also really like Kanetsugu Naoe because he's
really fun to play and has a sock for a hat. His outfit has more pieces than
Sima Yi, so it'll be a bit more difficult to make, but I think Kanetsugu is
worth it!
Update: September 3, 2008: The jacket is still halfway done,
piece hanging over the jacket is completed, inside shirt still needs sleeves,
pants finished, cards finished, sword still needs to be painted and accessorized.
Costume: Himiko from Warriors Orochi 2
Completion: 50%
Comment: This costume is not for me to wear, but my nine year
old sister! The costume is a lot simpler than Sima Yi and Kanetsugu Naoe, so
I think it'll make a perfect practice run before I make Kanetsugu. The props
are the only thing that'll kill me. I think my sister will make an absolutely
adorable Himiko!
Update: September 3rd, 2008: Sleeves done, headband done, working
on white shirt and tights, still need to buy red fabric, one statue is completely
constructed but needs paint, one statue still needs to be constructed
